That means you can zero in on a specific zone without wasting energy heating up the whole machine enclosure. The 400V supply is a smart choice, too. It delivers the wattage you need using standard industrial voltage, which keeps the current draw down and means you don’t need to mess with heavy-gauge wiring. And that digital thermostat? It’s a huge step up from the old bimetal switches. It cycles faster and holds your setpoint within ±1°C, which means no more temperature overshoot. Just steady, reliable heat.
The Build and the Brains
The core of it is a quartz halogen tube with a special reflective coating. This coating is a clever little detail—it directs infrared energy forward. So you get more usable heat, and the lamp body stays protected from that radiant backheat. Then there’s the R7s connector. It’s a double-ended linear contact that does two jobs at once: it locks the lamp in place and handles the high current without any extra wiring. And the best part?
