
Why your bathroom needs a real infrared heater (and not just a fancy lamp)
Ever stepped out of a hot shower into a bathroom that feels like a walk-in freezer? It’s the worst. Most of us have tried those standard “warming lamps,” but let’s be honest—they rarely do the trick. The problem is that bathrooms are basically steam rooms. Standard lamps aren’t built for that. You feel it instantly. No waiting around for the room to “warm up.” You flip the switch, and you’re warm. Period. Now, making something waterproof isn’t as simple as just wrapping it in plastic. When you seal a high-wattage heater tightly, the heat gets trapped inside the casing. If you don’t handle that correctly, the internal parts will literally cook themselves. They pull a decent amount of power, so make sure your bathroom’s wiring can handle the load.
